Large Pattern-welded Slipjoint with Titanium Handle

Description

Hand-forged, full-size (large) slipjoint with split twist Damascus blade, straight pattern Damascus backspring, titanium handles, and 1/8″ 416 stainless pins/pivot.  Both the back spring and blade are my Damascus steel combining 1095 steel and upcycled sawmill blades (15N20 steel).  This is NOT a locking knife, the spring tension holds the blade open, closed, or at half-stop.  I pre-tension the back spring to be on the stiff side.

4.5″ closed, 8″ overall, and 3 1/8″ blade.

0.4″ thick handle and blade spine is roughly 1/8″ thick.

4.3 oz or 4.9 oz with the included hand-stitched veg-tanned leather slip pouch.
